Adding a member to my network

Updated over 5 months ago

A network member is a customer who wishes to have access to your network. They can select 2 or 20 stations in your network (according to their plans) via the Networks tab and cannot add ‘collaborators’ or ‘members’ to your network.

💡 If you want this user to be covered by your subscription, it means that the person you want to invite is a collaborator of your organization.

Add a member

To add a member to your network, you have several options:

To access the invitation options, you just need to:

  1. Go to your Menu

  2. Click on Invitations from the Network section

  3. Select New invitation

💡 You will only be charged for users who join your network and who do not yet have a Sencrop subscription.
