You can access your station's Health dashboard promptly upon receiving a notification on your station's card.
This is aimed at ensuring the proper functioning of your station and obtaining the best possible data precision. This approach aligns with our proactive maintenance and monitoring practices to address any potential issues before they escalate.
Access the Health Dashboard
To access your station's health dashboard, you simply need to:
Click on Dashboard from your Home screen
Click on the small orange or red icon in the top right-hand corner of your station's card.
💡This icon will only appear if an action on your part is required.
If no action is required on your part, you can still access the health dashboard by clicking on the > icon next to your station's name.
You can obtain information about your:
1. Battery
2. Cleaning
3. Data continuity (History)
4. Signal
5. Location on the map
