How do I manage my users?

Manage my collaborators, make my collaborator an admin, delete or modify guests / neighbours, modify access to my stations

Manage my employees

💡An employee is a collaborator who works in the same company as you.

Their account is covered by your subscription.

  1. Access the Menu in your navigation bar

  2. Click on My farm.

  3. Select Collaborators at the top of your screen

  4. Click on the three vertical points behind the name of the user you want to change

Change the role

You can change their role by clicking on Change the role.

⚠️ An administrator can read station data and manage them. An administrator can also manage organisation members and DSTs. A collaborator can only read station data.

Delete a collaborator

You can delete a user by clicking on Delete this user.

⚠️ This user won’t be in your organisation anymore and you will be able to use the licence to invite another collaborator.


Manage my guests

💡 A guest is a neighbour or a technician who accesses the Sencrop stations that you have shared.
They have their own subscription.

  1. Access the Menu in your navigation bar

  2. Click on Invitations

Edit the access to your stations

To edit the Sencrop stations that a guest can access, click on the current number of shared stations for that user. Then, select the desired Sencrop stations from the drop-down menu.
Save your changes by clicking on Apply.

Delete a guest

To delete a guest:

  1. Click on the three vertical points behind his name.

  2. Select Delete
