A collaborator is a person who works in the same company/organisation/cooperative as you. Their account will be covered by your subscription.

⚠️ If you don't want this person to be covered by your subscription, it means that the person you want to invite is a member of your network.

  1. To add a collaborator, click on the "+" sign in the top-right hand corner of your Dashboard and select Add a user and click Add a collaborator.

2. Choose "Add a collaborator".

Then, enter your collaborator's email address. He will receive an email to create his account and join your organization.

4. Click on "Add this collaborator".

⚠️ Users (collaborators and network members) can only be added via the owner’s account.

⚠️ The number of authorised collaborators is set in the contract.

⚠️ When you add a collaborator, they will receive an email asking them to sign up (check the spam folder).
