My data does not update when I open my application

To ensure your Stations tab displays the latest data, you may need to manually refresh the app or clear the app's cache.

If your data doesn't update automatically when you open the app, you can refresh it by pulling down the screen until a small tractor icon appears.

Empty my browser data and cookies

If you cannot get the latest station readings on your Stations tab despite a manual refresh:

Verify your Internet connection

Check that your Internet connection (4G or Wifi) is sufficient

To clear your browsing data and cookies, here are the procedures to follow:
