If your data does not update automatically when you open your application, you can refresh it by pulling down your screen until a small tractor appears.


Empty my browser data and cookies

If you cannot get the latest station readings on your Dashboard despite a manual refresh:

  1. Check that your Internet connection (4G or Wifi) is sufficient

    ➡️ Test your connection

  2. Clear your browsing data and cookies

To do this, here are the procedures to follow on:
