Connection issues with the Sencrop app/blank page/icons not displayed, square with a cross/infinite loading, clear cache, browsing data

There are several factors that can prevent you from connecting to the Sencrop app.

Here are some tests you can perform to troubleshoot and resolve your issues.

🚨 Remember that the specific steps and options might vary slightly based on your Android device's manufacturer and the version of the Android/iOS operating system you're using.


Verify your internet connection

Check that your Internet connection (4G or Wifi) is sufficient


Verify your app is up-to-date

Android

  1. Search for "Sencrop"

  2. If you see the "Update" button, click on it

iOS

  1. Search for "Sencrop

  2. If you see the "Update" button, click on it


Clear your browsing data and cache

📱 On your mobile

Android

  1. Long click on the Sencrop app

  2. Select App info or the small "i"

  3. Click on Storage and cache

  4. Select Clear data

iOS

  1. Go to your Settings

  2. Select iPhone storage

  3. Find Sencrop

  4. Click on Offload app

  5. Select Reinstall app

💻 On your computer

⚠️ We advise you to use one of the above browsers. On Edge, Internet Explorer or Opera, you may experience display problems.


Uninstall and reinstall the app

Android

  1. Long click on the Sencrop app from your Home Screen

  2. Select App info or the small "i"

  3. Click on Uninstall

👉 Then go the Google Play store and download the app again.

iOS

  1. Long click on the Sencrop app from your Home Screen

  2. Select Remove app

👉 Then go to the App Store and download the app again
