When attempting to connect, you may encounter the following message: "Wrong email or password. Please try again."
This could mean one of two things:

Sencrop - Wrong email, can't access account

No account is associated with this email address

Please verify that the email address entered is correct (with no spaces before or after).

⚠️ It's possible that you have multiple email addresses and used a different one to register with Sencrop.


Your password is incorrect

  1. Make sure there is no space before or after your password if you copied/pasted it.

  2. Ensure that you are not using caps lock and that you are respecting the capital and small letters.
