Issues connecting my Sencrop station to my application

If you received your station and are unable to add it to the app, follow these steps:

  1. Verify that you entered the correct Serial Number (which can be found on your grey electronic box) without any spaces, and in capital letters. Also, make sure to use a zero (0) instead of "O".

  2. Verify that you entered the correct Activation Code (which can also be found on your grey electronic box) without any spaces, and respecting the capital or small letters.

3. Verify that the station has not already been activated by a network you are a part of.

💡 If you see a lock next to "Add a station" on your menu, it means that you have reached the maximum number of devices allowed on your current subscription. To unlock this feature, you need to upgrade your plan.
