⚠️ Only the owner account and the employees of an organization can replace a station in the network.
Replace the station in the app
⚠️ In the event of a replacement, the history of the old station is directly linked to the new one.
To replace a station in the app, you simply need to:
Go to your Dashboard
Select the station to be replaced
Save by clicking on Replace a station.
Enter the serial number and the activation code found on the grey electrical box of the new device.
⚠️ Pay attention to capital letters. Then click on Replace a station.
There is no replace button
