How do I access, download and validate my quotes?

Accessing, downloading, and validating my quotes

View my quote

If you were in touch with one of our sales representatives and received an open quote that you wish to view or accept, there are two ways to access it: through the email in which it was sent, or through the app.

💡Only the owner of the organisation will receive the quote.

You can easily access it through the app via your Home.

💡 You can also:
1. Go to your Menu - from your navigation bar

2. Select My farm

3. Click on Information at the top of your screen

4. Scroll down to the Quotes section


Download my quote

To download your quote simply:

1. Click on it on your Home screen

2. Click on Download

💡 The quote will be saved in the same folder where you usually download files.

Validate my quote

To validate your quote simply:

1. Click on it on your Home screen

2. Review it by scrolling down

3. Accept our General sales conditions

4. Click on Validate my quote

💡If you need some time to examine your quote, you can find the validity date on it.

👉 Follow these steps to validate your quote: enter your app's credentials and payment information, and finalize your payment.

Do you need additional information to validate your quote?

You have two options:

  • Contact the sales representative who sent you the quote.
    💡 You can find their contact information on the quote.

  • Request to be contacted through your Home screen.
