The positioning of your solar panel is crucial to ensure the optimal performance of your station system.
Prerequisites
To install your solar panel, you need to:
Prepare a Torx T20 screwdriver and take the screws out of the bag and install the station in the field

🚨 The solar panel should be facing south.
2. Secure the rain gauge cable between the two mounts of the solar panel
3. Screw the panel onto the rain gauge
4. Connect the USB cable and ensure the ring is fully tightened.
The station will exit 'shipping mode' (used to conserve battery during storage).
The button has an LED indicator, which will blink a few times once the solar panel is connected.
5. Secure the cable in the clip under the rain gauge
6. Verify your installation is well oriented to the south.
💡 When the LED stops blinking, press the button. The LED will start blinking again, indicating that it is connected to the network and has sent the first data.
