1. "This account has not been activated"

If you have tried to connect to your account and are receiving the following message: "This account has not been activated", it means that your account is inactive.

Just go to the email you received (check your junk mail) and click on Activate my account.


2. "No account is associated with this email address"

If you have tried to connect to your account and are receiving the following message: "No account is associated with this email address", it means that this email address is not associated to any Sencrop account.

Verify that the address entered is correct (no space before or after).

⚠️ Maybe you used a different email address to register to Sencrop.


3. Password forgotten?

If you have forgotten your password, set a new password here.
