I cannot add my Sencrop station to my application

Issues connecting my Sencrop station to my application

If you received your station and are unable to add it to the app, follow these following advices.

Sigfox station

  • Make sure you have entered the correct Serial Number (found on your grey electronic box) with no spaces and in capital letters. Also, be sure to use the number zero (0) instead of the letter “O.”

  • Check that you have entered the correct Activation Code (also found on your grey electronic box) with no spaces, exactly matching the uppercase and lowercase letters shown.


4G station

  • Make sure you have entered the correct Serial Number (found on the grey electronic box of your base).

💡 The code is 12 characters long and contains a combination of lowercase letters and numbers.
For example:

o1n5-pxcn-93es

Activation by a network

Ensure that the station has not already been activated by a network you belong to.​

💡 If you see a lock icon next to “Add a station” in your menu, it means you have reached the maximum number of devices allowed for your current subscription. To add more devices, you’ll need to upgrade your plan.
