If you received your station and you cannot add it to the app, you have to:
Make sure you entered the right Serial Number (available on your grey electronical box) without spacings, in capital letter, with a zero (0) and no "O".
Make sure you entered the right Activation Code (available on your grey electronical box) without spacings, respecting the capital or small letters.
Make sure the station hasn't been activated by a network you are part of.
If on your dashboard you see a lock next to Add a station, it means that you have reached the maximum number of devices on your current subscription and you need to upgrade your plan to unlock this feature.
