How to replace my station in app?

Replacing my station and keeping my history

⚠️ Only the owner account and the employees of an organization can replace a station in the network.


Replace the station in the app

⚠️ In the event of a replacement, the history of the old station is directly linked to the new one.

To replace a station in the app, you simply need to:

  1. Go to your Dashboard

  2. Select the station to be replaced

  3. Save by clicking on Replace a station.

Sencrop - Replace station

Enter the serial number and the activation code found on the grey electrical box of the new device.
⚠️ Pay attention to capital letters. Then click on Replace a station.

There is no replace button
