To activate your station, please follow these steps:
Go to the Menu located at the bottom right of your navigation bar.
Click on the + icon located at the top right of your screen.
Select Add a Station.
Click on Install a Station.
5. Use the QR code provided on the grey electronic box of the station.
QR code or manual process?
To activate, you can either manually enter the serial number (SN) and if needed the activation code (AC), or use the QR code feature.
💡 The QR code feature is only available on mobile devices, as a camera is required for proper functioning.
Complete the setup
Name the station.
Click on Add this station.
Sigfox station
Make sure you have entered the correct Serial Number (found on your grey electronic box) with no spaces and in capital letters. Also, be sure to use the number zero (0) instead of the letter “O.”
Check that you have entered the correct Activation Code (also found on your grey electronic box) with no spaces, exactly matching the uppercase and lowercase letters shown
4G station
Make sure you have entered the correct Serial Number (found on the grey electronic box of your base).
💡 The name you give to the station will be displayed to your entire organization.
