Go to your Dashboard and filter your stations to see which ones are being replaced. Click on To replace.

Select the station to be replaced by clicking Apply and then Replace.

When you have selected the station of your choice, click on the button Replace a station.

Enter the serial number RC. . . . or WC. . . . or LC. . . . and the activation code found on the grey electronical box of the device XXXX. Pay attention to capital letters. Then click on Replace a station.

⚠️ Only the owner account and the employees of a network can replace a station in the network.

⚠️ If a member of the network receives the replacement station at home, he cannot replace it, but he can add it to his account. In this case it will disappear from the network.

⚠️ In the event of a replacement, the history of the old station is directly linked to the new one.
