How to replace a station?

Replacing a station of my network

To ensure data quality, it is sometimes necessary to replace a station.

Only the owner account and employees of a network have the authority to replace a station within the network.

🚨 If a network member receives the replacement station at home, they cannot replace it within the network.
However, they can add it to their personal account. In this case, the station will be removed from the network.


Replace a station

To replace a station of your network:

  1. Go to Stations from your navigation bar

  2. Chosse on Filters

  3. Click on To replace

  4. Select the station(s) you wish to replace

  5. Click on Replace

  6. Enter the serial number (SN) and activation code (AC)
